Our design process begins with an initial consultation to assess your space and discuss details of the project scope. Each client has a unique set of needs and preferences, and we strive to tailor our approach accordingly. From there, we create a proposal for design services provided at a flat-rate price . This method ensures a clear understanding of the expectations for both the client and designer. It also allows for accurate budgeting of design costs into the project total. Additional assistance beyond the proposal is offered at an hourly rate.
For smaller projects not requiring a bid, design services are available on an hourly billing structure. All projects have a 10-hour minimum, which is collected in the form of a deposit upon project entry. Accrued hours are billed on a monthly basis or upon phase/project completion.
